• 反向圓頂剪切型
• 安裝在 FDC 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支架上
• 集圓盤和刀頭于一體
• 圓頂翻轉(zhuǎn)時，通過安裝在圓盤上的刀環(huán)進(jìn)行剪切
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
• 高度安全，耐腐蝕
• 適用于背壓、真空和脈動工況
• 無需真空支撐
• 工作溫度范圍廣
• 工作壓力與破裂壓力之間的差距小，圓盤使用壽命長
• 比 KSRR 更易于操作
Design
• Reverse Dome Shear Type
• It is used with installation on FDC standard holder
• It is integrated with Disc and Knife
• Shearing structure ruptured by knife ring attached to disc while dome is inverted
Product Features
• Highly safe and resistant to corrosion
• Favourable for counterpressure, vacuum and pulsation conditions
• Vacuum Support is needless
• Wide range of workable temperature
• Long life of disc as there is small gap between working pressure and rupture pressure
• Easier to handle than KSRR

• Composite Dome Sloped Seat Type
• It is used with installation on FDC standard holder
• Composite/Dome structure ruptured by slit processed on Top disc
• It consists of Top disc, Seal disc and Vacuum disc
Product Features
• Suitable for liquid or steam media environments
• Vulnerability to high temperature in case that material of Seal disc is Tefl on
• Favorable for counterpressure, vacuum and pulsation conditions
• If any, Vacuum Support is available
• It is applied to medium/high pressure
• Resistant to corrosion according to Seal Disc materials
• Limited temperature range by Seal Disc material
• Precise rupture performance and excellent reliability
